Yoga Kids at Yoga West
This yoga program will provide a holistic & engaging experience for children by incorporating yoga, nature exploration, mindful movement, relaxation techniques, arts and crafts, games, meditation, sound healing, music, and more. We will be adopting some Montessorri style strategies and welcoming multi age groups into each class. There will also be a blocks of time where students will engage in the yoga activities of their choosing.

6 Week Baby & Toddler Series $100
Monthly Unlimited $60 per month
10 Class Pass for $120 (10 weeks must be used consecutively)
