What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is not “yoga studio” yoga, or “gym” yoga, nor is it similar to physical therapy.

Yoga Therapy teaches you to incorporate the pertinent teachings and tools of yoga, including modified yoga asanas (postures, basic pranayama (breathwork), mindfulness, and meditation practices.

Together we create a home yoga practice that you could do consistently to support your health.
