• Arrive 10-15 minutes early for class preparation; doors lock once class starts.

  • On your first day, address any concerns with your teacher for guidance. Your teacher is there to help and guide you. 

  • Practice with care and consideration towards yourself and others. Respect your limits. Acknowledge that your body and mind will feel different daily; listen to what your body tells you and practice in your own time, following your breathwork.

  • Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of gear.

  • No unnecessary talking once class begins.

  • Avoid eating 2 hours before and 30 minutes after practice; hydrate post-session.

  • Store shoes in the foyer and your belongings in the dressing room.

  • Please silence mobile phones.
