On your first day, address any concerns with your teacher for guidance. Your teacher is there to help and guide you.
Practice with care and consideration towards yourself and others. Respect your limits. Acknowledge that your body and mind will feel different daily; listen to what your body tells you and practice in your own time, following your breathwork.
Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of gear.
No unnecessary talking once class begins.
Avoid eating 2 hours before and 30 minutes after practice; hydrate post-session.
Store shoes in the foyer and your belongings in the dressing room.
